BB, that is exactly part of my point. Lowering interest rates and not adding liquidity will enable those in your business to roll over at lower rates and be able to keep on their business.

In 1993/4 I was send to assist printer who bought modern equipment and developed some very interesting technics of black and white printing. As the recession hit demand for poster fall of the cliff and his great posters were not in demand any more. The guy a WWII veteran was an excellent printer but nobody wanted to learn his work, just run color offset.

He was forced to close his business, and the building was sold at 1/2 the price of today, I try to save him at the time but he was so upset that he gave up. It's to bad since not Dona Karen or Kalvin Klein have stylish and classic posters on NYC walls ............. very few can appreciate a classic black and white print.
