Here was that little bit of driver news for RMBS today Message 15223485 Samsung Electronics Set to Profit From Rambus Drams SEOUL, Jan 22 Asia Pulse - With PC games booming, Samsung Electronics, a producer of Rambus Dynamic Random Access Memory (Rambus DRAM), could see profits snowball, an industry source said Monday. Samsung is considering raising its manufacturing plan of third-generation Rambus DRAMs to between 120 million and 180 million from 60 million units originally planned, according to the source.
