Well, we all knew it was a matter of time. ASPT was hurt by a lot of competition in this field and some poor performance on their part around mid-summer.

Consolidation has occurred as low-rent startups have begun to be shaken out, ASPT has strengthened their partnerships, and they have continued to win awards with their software.

OK, so it isn't likely to sky back to 60 tomorrow, but at the current pace, 40 isn't out of the question this year.
