I'm in complete agreement. Since it takes about ten years to build a nuke, we need government officials who can see past their next election cycle.

Unfortunately, our country's entire nuclear power policy (at least in terms of public sentiment towards it) is firmly in the hands of a hostile cartoonist with a thing for yellow skin.
