Aus, Somehow, SST's recent purchase of Agate Semiconductor slipped my mind:

www2.marketwatch.com

Agate has developed and patented circuit design techniques in the area of multi-level memory cell and has been closely collaborating with SST using SuperFlash technology to design 256Mbit density level products.

So I will amend my "product roadmap" post below to say that in IMHO, for year 2001, that the far majority of SST's revenues will still likely derive from sales into the lower density code storage market. In addition, SST may make some limited forays in to the very highest data storage density markets utilizing the product R&D from their new acquisition---Agate Semiconductor, Inc. .

But instead of reading my message board conjectures, I highly recommend that all SST investors, or prospective investors, go directly to the source this Thursday afternoon and listen to SST's Conference Call. It should be a good one!!

Best, Huey
