It was only three months ago that ML was recommending the merger to GNET shareholders as fair to them. I'm inclined to wonder if they were being honest and if they did an honest days work for the fees they were paid.

I figure at this point, screw them. Let everyone drop coverage. Then maybe the stock performs on its own merits.

It never happened for GNET, and they didn't have AA at the helm.
