Hi Joe:

Glad your still here! I went to the web site today and found that the spin off of Mobilentity is to be 90 percent to GTGO shareholders of record on the appropriate date. If that was announced earlier I had forgotten it. Things could get interesting!

I am surprised that there has not been an increase in the number of outstanding shares .. maybe there has been and I don't know it ... seems like such a small float and so limited number of shareholders that the stock is overshadowed by the market! I am not looking to dilute share value .. .. ..just looking to get into a larger, more dynamic market for GTGO stock trading.

On the slightly downer side .. the device that Mobilentity is to market ... seems to me, that if they don't have cell phone capability, that it might be a short time before it becomes outdated. I have not read anywhere that the "card" is going to be cell phone capable.. .. .. your thoughts?? Would you carry two devices? If I needed the services that are on the GTGO card and if I could get those same services and a cell phone that was not a "paper weight", that I would opt for the single device! Might be something here that I don't understand or need more enlightenment on!

Lastly, do you have any thoughts on the "multiplicity" of business adventures outlined in the press release. I ran a business for 25 years and found that each time I tried to "diversify" a little, I found my main business suffering too much. A comparison would be a "mustard seed".. me .. to a "giant redwood tree" .. them .. so, hopefully they have all the pieces of the puzzle together and make a go of all this diverse business they are off it to!
