My heartiest congratulations to what I think would be a great thread.. <<This SI thread will be dedicated to those newbies, wannabies, maybies that are having problems trading the markets... Hi Everyone, it's been since 1997 that i first found SI, and what a lucky thing for me...I've never had my own thread in all those years, and really i still don't...this thread will have some of the best traders, nicest people, and all around fun folks to spend your days with... i have some people i'd like to thank over these past years.. the old Tech Stock Option Thread...Tom Trader--Judy--Nancy--Kevin etc...they really gave me my first look into the abyss, from their excellent eyes and minds... Then there was Tom Dorsey of..www.dorseywright.com...I met Tom at a seminar, and it really changed my trading life...He taught me Point & Figure Charting, and folks..there's nothing like it...his main theme was the KISS method, and play caboose...He said.."Jer, never try to anticipate or LEAD the markets, play caboose and FOLLOW the signals"...this one piece of advice has stuck with me now at all times...do not guess!!!! Then i met Jenna of Market Gems...we traded together for about 2 years..there is no one that works as hard as she does...top notch stock picker and trader... Then i met Teresa Lo..www.intelligentspeculator.com...She let me hang out at her site for over a year..always willing to teach, willing to share..She always laughed at me, as i was the "Breakout, buy at the HOD KING"...heck no one chased better than me<G>...she said it would take osmosis to help me<G>...but help it did...Brightest most intuative trader i know..but man is she diabolical..whew!!! loves the short side big!!!..i like her a lot... And now the single best thing that ever happened to me, was to trade with friends in a Real Time Room..it's awesome, 100 pair of eyes watching your back, helping with up to the minute news, etc..and the fun, the comraderie, the happiness it brings to all of us..it's really incredible... all are welcome here....this will be however, a moderated thread... remember, "It takes a village"...oh one last thing...you'll see my wife of 33 years Arlene posting here too, and my son Steve...it's a family affair...the whole family...cyber, virtual, etc etc.. warmest regards to all Jerry Olson(OJ)..what i should call myself JO???<VBG?> >> P.S..OJ..
