It doesn't look like anyone is... in other news...Nokia (NOK) 38 7/16 -1/2: Dresdner Kleinwort cuts NOK to a SELL from Reduce, remains convinced that handset landscape will worsen materially in 2001, cites stiffer competition and muted demand, and sees market as "more receptive" to negative news.

I heard him.He said it's just back at the middle of the bell curve at 18 and he would buy in 16's and sell around 22 or hedge by selling calls at 22.He DID NOT say it was a buy here.AV gave buy signal with 17 print;target 30.
