I urge you democrat folks to start reforming your county voting procedures so that there will not be a repeat occasion for you to criticize us for your mismanagement of government. It is our fault that we have more accurate voting methods than you do! Get a life.

why do we have to wait for the recount before declaring that a violation of the equal protection clause has occurred

Because if you do the recount fairly, there is no violation. Both the majority and dissent on the Bush V. Gore case have said this.
