Bull argument: Line of least resistance feels up. This does not feel like the top of the 4 (within our recent 3) wave that others were calling for so it's onward and upward. Hard to imagine that they will let this go down in AG pep-talk if it does not go down today. Lot's of barriers were taken out last week.

The only bear argument that makes sense to me is sentiment, but that can lead by quite a bit.
I see talk now on SI that I have not seen since the turnaround last June:

"Let's get an early start on the new leaders before they blastoff."
"What pennies look interesting here?"
"Let's not underestimate. 3500 may be a resonable target, but 4000 should not surprise."
"Where's the Web growth going to come from? That's where we buy for long-term."

The only myth that will enter the realm of legend this year is MM's trading range. -g
