OT Timelord. Now that was funny. I liked the fact that you threw a little truth into it to make it more credible, especially the part about our politicians being stupid. Actually we have so many of that variety that we can afford to ship some out for national offices. Ed

Having lived in California for several years I can vouch in all seriousness for the second claim, but not the other two. The current actions of the government remind me of pushing a string, or in this case an electric cord.

Be thankful the politicians and tree huggers that DO live there didn't get their wish about the electric cars they demanded a number of years back. The big 3 automakers eventually told them where they could stick the plug. Nothing like watching power demand quadruple from 5 PM to midnight, eh?
