hb - i don't really watch them so much, but Linear and Maxim seem good candidates, because the auto industry is their main customer. and at GM, inventories are piling up real fast. They may be good short candidates, MXIM in particular, since it has become extended on LLTC's strong report even though it will not be able to duplicate it, but neither has a significant exposure to the automotive industry. (<5%) You're probably confusing them with one or more of the power device semiconductor manufacturers. (IRF?) Regards, Don
