A couple of interesting points from the Audiovox CC....

- ASP's were up YoY...some of this is probably due to the transition to digital but it bodes well for Q's royalties.

- At one point during the call VOXX talked about transition their strength in CDMA to W-CDMA and CDMA2000 using Qualcomm's chipsets. It was tough to tell if they were talking about both W-CDMA and CDMA2000 but it sounded like they might have been.

- Audiovox has a PDA planned with RF capabilities. They have talked with both PCS and Verizon and are planning on having sales of 250,000 units during the fourth quarter of next year....with an ASP of $800. They described it as an iPaq with RF.

- Aiming for around 10.5m total units....
