But I don't think W is at all confused here, judging from the Ashcroft appointment. The only confused people here are those who put any stock in the uniter/divider thing. Dan, Digressing, I was in LA on business the day that Phil Hartman's wife shot him [he was mentioned in the article you linked us to]. I was lost in Encino (I think) where he lived. As I was going around the block to get where I wanted to go, I ran smack into the police blockade on his street where Hartman lived. Even though I had watched SNL, I didn't know Hartman by name....but I knew by the reaction of the police and some bystanders that he was connected to "the industry". It was very bizarre....the circumstances leading to his death and the reaction in LA. I'll never forget it. ted
