No. You need to get Form 2210. And read Publication 505, Annualized Income.

Buddy,

Did you import last year's return into TT? In addition to annualized income noted in the other replies, if you had witheld or paid estimated payments at least equal to last years total liability, you should have no penalty. If you imported, TT should know this. If not, check it out.
