agreed

But why :

Shares outstanding: We anticipate that shares outstanding will increase at approximately the same rate (5-10%) as previous years, excluding equity issued in major alliances and acquisitions.

why do a share deal with share if one has 1.5b cash ?

either
1/ planning a very big (or multiple smaller) aquisitions
2/ they think shares overvalued (please no i put too much in mlnm)

is such a sentence a must in a report or does it forbode munching activities ?

cheers

Stefaan

They can't quite live off the interest off of their interest...yet.

Cash: Guidance for the year is to remain cash neutral by the end of 2001 with a cash balance of approximately $1.5 billion.
