Zeev, here is what Herb greenberg at TheStreet.com said about QLGC:

QLogic's earnings were up sharply, but the balance sheet has shortsellers licking their chops: While sales were up around 12%, receivables were up 50% and inventories were up 47%. And that's just the tip of what has caught their attention. (Suggests the quarter was heavily back-end loaded.) For what it's worth.
