The "topic" of masturbation is already covered in sex ed and many health classes. It is therefore a valid inference that one who espouses anew the "teaching of masturbation" wants to go beyond the mere topic, is it not? Twisting meanings and backpedaling notwithstanding? Never had an urge to participate in a circle jerk, but it does look like that's where this topic is headed. :-)
