Bringing Back the Dead - Raymond James Energy Stat-of-the-Week, January 22

"As was the case in the 1970s, strong commodity prices are providing the incentive for another massive spending spree to rebuild the drilling rig infrastructure. As drilling contractors are no longer able to rely on cannibalizing existing rigs for parts and components, they will be forced to invest in new equipment to keep their rigs running."

Michael, I believe you are wrong in regards to the Chinese getting the missile guidance system prior to Clinton. Clinton approved the guidance systems sales through the Commerce Department and did it without the Pentagon's permission or approval. The Department of Commerce was headed by Brown, if I'm not mistaken, and he died in a plain crash along with a few others after the sale. You are correct in regards to the 7th Fleet.
Take Care
