You did great Jack...sounds like their biz is just stinking up the house <GGG> Since I'm the resident Nay Sayer here, negaive points from a quick read of your post are: -no breakout of Rev's, serveral spots -6M delay in cable modem shipment vs when they sell them the chips means they have not felt TXN crunch yet, as expected and he just confirmed it. -growth seems attrib to aquisitions..??? ((- 2500 people up 700 from last q, 500 from acquisitiion, 20% from growth)) -1700 engineers or 2/3 of staff (ego battle ready to start) - 375 engineers dropped margins - tax rate is 20% - this should be going up soon but not sure.
