Here's what I consider the most important stuff in that post:

Active After Hours : Last trade and change from mkt close: SEBL 85 15/16 +7 29/64...BRCM 141 3/4 +8 5/16...LRCX 24 1/2 +2 3/8.... QLGC 92 1/2 -5 3/16...CPQ 23 1/4 +3 1/5

Semi Equipment : The North American semi equipment book-to-bill ratio came in at 1.03 in December, down sharply from 1.12 in November, but not nearly as bad as the 0.95 that SG Cowen had expected.

The market has to decide whether to rally because the slowdown is not as severe yet as it was being hyped to be....or sell off because the lack of severity means no 50 bp rate cut.....at least not right away.....

Why would Greenspan cut rates 100 bp's in less than a month if the book to bill is above 1.0 and volatile growth stocks are rallying?
