Zell Miller is one Democrat. And my guess, FWIW, is that Dubya has at least 5 votes among the Dems. But it takes 10 to beat a filibuster.

As I said, I hope he gets the tax cut. In addition to the $25,000 check I will get annually for the next 4 years, we will know exactly who to blame for the inevitable budget deficits. And it won't be the democrats.
