$78 1/2 in after-hours. Lots of stocks 'gapping up' substantially. Looks like 'short covering' very possible first thing in AM.

So if the best estimate for 2003 is $3 in earnings, it becomes difficult for me to justify paying anything more than p/e of 20 x forward e $3= $60 now and keep increasing the price as time goes by and we have better vision of 2004 earnings.

Because of the high valuation, the stock will remain very volatile tanking on bad news and jumping up on good news as well as tracking NAZ on no news.
