That's my guess too. At this point, he's almost committed(and I use that term strictly dawg) to a cut.

That's why the comp has been going up, cheap money. If there is no rate cut, it will be like a sucker bunch to the investing public, and we'll see serious tankage immediately.

I still don't know we're out of the woods yet, and I'm not sure if a 25BP is better psychologically than 50BPs, but right now, I think the safer bet(as to not to create any panic either way) is to stick to a(now anticipated) 25BP cut.
