Beat expectations for Revenue ($14.6 mln) and EBITDA (2.1 mln.). Canaccord & Goepel estimated revenue at $13.9 and Yorkton at $14.2 million.

Looking at the valuation model the stock price should trade at 5 times revenue (average from the 3 analysts above). That being the case the price should be at $5.00 today, not $3.10.

The company expects revenue to increase by 50% in 2001 to $22 million. Should the company deliver on this prediction, you'd expect the stock to trade up to the $7.50 range in the next 12 months.
