I understand that point. But the VC's and any other outside funders will usually be the first to sell. There's also sec restrictions on how much the insiders can sell at a time, but I do not know if there are similar restrictions on VC's.



I have no idea regarding the restrictions. I believe the VCs will continue to hold shares if they believe there is a lot more upside. That differs let's say from a company like The Globe.com or Amazon.com. They could not get out fast enough.I suppose it is a perception of the firms future.
