Scott,

I think that if all they do is promote natural gas power generation, that this would be very short-sighted. We need a long-term energy policy for the country. Considering that it takes 10+ years to construct a nuke and bring it on-line, natural gas supplies might be in rather short supply.

But, far be it from me to suggest politicians are anything but short-sighted. <g>
