Hi Terry/Cal Gary,

Actually, I say $7.00 for a couple reasons. One being TA (as Cal Gary suggested), the other being the fact that $7.00 minus 8% discount to market that Acqua will get, is roughly the $6.50 stated in the deal.

All signs, both fundamental and technical seem to point to $7.00.
