Cal,Jef It's my understanding European submission would take place sometime this month. This should not be a surprise, I believe this has been discussed here in the past. MJ

This was my surprised understanding too from listening to the CC... speaking on Europe only, nope DMX did not submit any application other than to UK. The British MCA is our agent to submit applications to other EU nations. According to the last CC, the British authories need to make some summary in a dossier before any submission is done. So according to the last CC, it hasn't happened yet. Timing again here seems somewhat out of DMX's control. However, they are working on setting up a distribution network for Europe to be announced coincident with eventual EU approvals. So...we wait. Rondo

i believe you, but this is from the news release 11-23-00: The Company is proceeding immediately to seek approvals from other European Union (EU) countries. Under the Mutual Recognition procedure prevailing in the EU, the UK will act as agent for the rest of the EU Member States, whereby they can "mutually recognize" this approval and issue their own authorizations. Member countries include Germany, France and Italy, three of the largest pharmaceutical markets in the world. i guess is the word "immediately" that threw me off.
