Dale, WCAP is no CMGI

- on CMGI - as of 10/31/00 finl st:
- CMGI is cash flow negative by $250 mill/qtr. I took out the sale of stocks & the such. I also took out non-cash items. CMGI is clearly losing cash
- $2 bill in cash & such
- 8 bill of other assets that i value at less than that
- about a $1 bill in liabil
- over 300 mill shs o/s - or about $6 per share cash value - very approximate
- Net cash used for operating activitie: $211 mill
- bottom line is that CMGI may be broke in 2 1/2 years based on the current burn rate
- WCAP, on the other hand, has about $19 mill in cash & investments in companies such as Capstone & Commerce that are extremely attractive
