Hi H-M - that is true [re: Sarin's reduced role and Rosenberg's departure] The point is that we don't know if they jumped or were pushed. A few of us here understand very well the power of the stock options. Even so, there are 2 angles of seeing it. Did Mr Jain let them go b/c they failed to perform [notice that the stk price has been on the steady decline despite their star power?] Or these two people were indeed short termers? We don't know, but we do know the end result. Another falling knife. I can't even blame the Street. After all, shoot first and question later is the modus operandi. Besides, regardless of the underlying cause, the end result is uncertainty --- and the Street hates uncertainty. Therefore, like it or not, Mr Jain bears the responsibility. He is the captain and he has the responsibility of charting the course, in calm water as well as in high sea. So, I certainly think folks like RSH are missing the point. This is not INSP versus GNET thing. This is about a CEO running a company with both business and shareholder in mind. However, I don't think people should glorify Mr Horowitz. They are not victims. They are also shareholders. Even if they had any ill feeling with Mr Jain, they ve the responsibility to the shareholders. There is plenty of blame to go around, but blame doesn't heal stk price. Like you, I am in for the gain, and I agree with you the appearance is not good. The question is, are all these executives ready to put aside of their bagage and do something for the shareholders for a change <G>

best, Bosco
