This one'll never die - it has too rich and too much ore to be cannibalized piecemeal. Although deadlines for coming up with payments on outstanding debts (~ C$6.5MM!) and cash for reopening the mine (~C$16 - 18 MM!) come and go, no one wants to divvy it up, making the whole mining complex uneconomical - and resulting in major losses for its creditors!

Right now, a first nations tribe is making moves to take over the complex, but is trying to negotiate a deal with the courts their "down payment in good faith" of $40,000 won't get them snookered if the company suddenly comes up with the required cash!!

With the stock price so low close to 0, there's virtually no downside left, but with a potentially explosive upside that's anyone's guess!! So the traders are in there every day, buying and selling - who knows??
