Are you saying that someone who spills hot coffee on her lap as she drives away from a drive-in deserves a $100 billion judgement?

Are you also saying that American people are so stupid that companies must put warnings of SUFFOCATION on plastic bags to warn us that we Must NOT put them over our head?

I'm so sick of hearing about polls. I don't care whether they agree with my position or not. By and large,they are nothing but mechanisms with an agenda attempting to convince gullible people that they should believe what "most" people believe.

I believe that tort reform could limit personal awards to rational amounts and still include punitive penalties to be determined by the court (not the jury) which should go toward an appropriate fund. We have GOT to derail the litigation industry somehow.
