That is the highest bullish reading we have had since August 20th of last year. You may recall that late August of last year would have been a very good time to get very cautious about the stock market. The neutral reading is also quite high at 25%. In the past we have noted that high neutral readings often seem to lead to increased volatility. This is the highest neutral reading since September 4th of last year. And to fill out a week of extremes, that bearish reading at 25% is the lowest reading since last July 9th. All in all, these numbers look like a big warning sign for the bulls.
