que? I'm not sure where you got the impression that I was demanding that you respond. The questions I was asking were more rhetorical & for the thread. I truly am sorry if I seemed to be putting you on the spot. I'm very appreciative of what you've taught me so far on SSTI. Anyhoo, yes, I know that the Risks sections in 10-Q's are usually pretty pessimistic. My point was that these risks struck me as realistic reasons to be concerned about an outsourced manufacturing strategy (as I also said, there are some reasons to love such a strategy), as opposed to the normal doom & gloom "asteroids could hit our factory" type of stuff. Besides, seeing as I nominated it for W&W, I have some obligation to point out some risks... ardethan
