28 cents is in the bag, no doubt Carranza. I can't help but feel it's not gonna be too long until we start seeing upside surprises from 3G activity. Certainly the royalties can't amount to too much on 3G basestations in Spain and Japan that are going in right now, but we've gotta see this and other new 3G activity begin effecting the bottom line. When will that be? ...within the next 4 quarters. Has to. tv
