I'm surprised no one here ventured an opinion on the Genomics partnership announced with Avalon today. While I believe most investors thought they'd hear about on of the big name Genomics companies, the fact is this could be a great partnership. Because it's a smaller company, I believe we'll be getting far greater priority then with one of the majors, and if you read about them, they've come from some of the leaders, they should know what they're doing. While we don't know about the financial arrangements, it's safe to assume that this deal is less costly then a similar partnership with one of the major Genomic companies. Avalon may not have given us the support that announcing a partnership with a major company may have provided, but in the long run they may be better for us then even the biggest Genomics companies.
