The analysts should stick to a simple Buy/Hold/Sell recommendation; they rarely get even that right. Their price targets are very often off the mark; near highs, they predict even more incredibly high levels. Then near the trough, a Bearish mentality sets in and they never envision the company going where it was only months ago. I am not one to claim that I know where PRIA is headed in specific dollar terms, although I will venture a safe bet it will be significantly above $30 in the next 12 to 18 months. But the difference between them and myself is I know where my abilities at analyzing fundamentals crosses over into mere conjecture, so I do not partake in something which will inevitably prove me to be a fool, even though I will readily admit I am:-)

Brian
