A trillion dollar bills lined up end to end will circle the earth over two thousand times.

True and if you extend the period you are considering when you add up the "cost" of the tax cut you could instead circle the earths orbit instead of the earth. This might be mildly interesting but is largely irrelevant when considering how big of effect the tax cut will have. The % of the GDP and the % of federal revenue of the tax cut are really what needs to be considered.

Scumbria,

A trillion dollar bills lined up end to end will circle the earth over two thousand times.

Good thing to know. It gives you some perspective on how much the government is going to spend in the same period of time, since the tax cut is only a fraction of this amount.
