The OTC stocks have been sluggish in the current market to say the least. In the scenario of 'a rising tide raises all boats', you have to think that will change soon. Today, SETO is moving, up .20 so far today. There are a few others as well, but the OTC is still under performing most of its NASDAQ brethren. I hope this is about to change.
