Since Fred can't tell the difference between Point and Figure charting and finger painting, I'll post for him:

There's the Cohen Book, the Burke Book and a couple others that don't come to mind immediately.

And you get free P&F charts near that link too. Or you can try DWA's web based charts free for 2 weeks and then come back to mine ;) -- the easiest book to digest on P&F is still Tom Dorsey's (of DWA).
