Jason, you are absolutely correct and thank you for your concern. When I re-bought @ $40, I bought 50% more than what I rode from $28 - but that didn't make up for the difference. I don't regret when I sold @ $37 - it was what I had to do at the time. I regret selling yesterday. Today I'm only able to purchase a few hundred shares.

I'm still extremely skiddish of the market - and have taken profits where I can. In January, I bought and sold the following: GX, DELL, CPQ, SNDK (twice), ARBA, IPG, GSPN and VRTA. All were for profits, all were premature. But for the most part, profits went into the next stock - so I didn't lose out too much.

I have made more trades this month BY FAR than any other month.

I will decide later about margin. If Greenspan does NOT lower rates, which I don't think he will, I think techs will take a temporary 10-20% hit. I will try to re-enter with margin. I would never go higher than 50%. Last year, I made a ton of money on one stock - kept buying on margin, than April-November wiped out all of my profits - and then some. I will not get that risky again.

Best Regards,

Dave
