No wonder. Giddyup.

And remember, Clinton was not a very popular President by historical standards, since the majority - 57% and 51% - voted against him in 1992 and 1996 respectively.

Bush stands a great probability of surpassing Clinton's poor results and gaining a majority in 2004.

Well... if memory serves, Zogby was the only one that had this election on the cusp...
