Easily. You have to be discerning and recognize that Clinton gets the worst scores in history when people are queried about him as a man.

Now that Clinton can't take credit for an economy he did nothing to spur, all that remains is the manifest evil of the man.

He gets good ratings on performance because of the economy. Arguably he had little or nothing to do with that; he had the luck of being in the right place at the right time.

BUT when questions are asked about personal morality and ethics, well, nobody has scored that low since Nixon.

You know this. Why do you try to slant your statement so as to ignore it?
