Borland Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2000 Earnings Results

For the fourth quarter, revenues were $50.3 million, up from $45.5 million

For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2000, Borland reported revenues of $191.1 million, a 9% increase from revenues of $174.8 million in 1999.

2001 Outlook
Borland's objectives for 2001 are:
