I don't know. IIRC one of the problems with prions is that they are virtually impossible to destroy--even with temperature extremes. They are insidious and scary.

At least bone China is glazed. So unless your sucking on a broken piece you're probably safe.

My understanding is they destroy medical instruments used in cases of nCVD- no known way to sterilize them. Still, I wouldn't let this dissuade you from enjoying your afternoon tea. Life is too short to worry about some proteins.
