NTAP is certainly growing faster than EMC.

It looks like NTAP may be headed for some problems with regard to near term earnings growth. I am not up on NTAP enough to know whether the earnings projections are realistic, but the last two quarters actual EPS came in 9 cents and 10 cents. The next two quarters EPS projections are for 10 cents and 11 cents. Nine, ten, ten and eleven cents EPS is pretty pathetic earnings growth for a company as richly valued as NTAP. I hope the projections are not realistic and that NTAP will at least match or beat EMC's recently reported 25% sequential EPS growth. I own both stocks, but don't like the look of this near term flat earnings projection for NTAP very much at all.
