SCIO: In general has done well since it bottomed at the 10 level last October. As you said it has recovered well since the January dip and reportedly there has been insider and institutional buying in spite of the falling revenues and increasing loss. May be they are going to have a better report on February 8. From the technical standpoint it has resistance at the Dec.29 H of 24 5/8. If it can close above that it could resume the up-trend that started in mid-October, Bernard
