Okay, this part (below) isn't so good, BUT -- it isn't exactly a shock that there are slowing economic conditions. I think the market (after hours) is over-reacting. What's strange to me is this: I've been listening to CNBC since the market close. They have reported earnings for a number of companies, but I haven't heard SNDK mentioned. Did I miss something? Did anyone else hear it? This is strange -- SNDK isn't exactly an "obscure" company.

Market conditions softened significantly in the fourth quarter due to slowing economic conditions. Product demand slowed, resulting in reduced backlog and low near-term order visibility. Our sales through the retail channel increased substantially in the fourth quarter, spurred by successful holiday sales of digital cameras. However, this was not sufficient to compensate for reduced orders from OEMs, who appear to be workingdown their existing inventories in a slowing economy.
